the mark of a healthy community is how we care for our most vulnerable members. your giving and support will directly be applied to help change the lives of people in need.

1. give by e-transfer

  1. Select the e-transfer option in your online banking.

  2. Use the email address: finance@metrocommunity.ca

  3. Include your name, address, and the area you wish to donate in the notes of the e-transfer or alternatively send a separate email to Finance.

    Note: Most online banking apps allow you to set up recurring giving through e-transfers.

2. give online

Just click on the GIVE ONLINE button below. You’ll be directed to our secure online giving portal where you’ll have the opportunity to manage your giving and view your giving statement. Metro Community uses Planning Center to manage online giving and ensuring confidentiality for your personal information.

3. cash/cheques

We are able to accept cash or cheque donations during open hours at Metro Central or you can drop it in our offering box if you are joining us for church on Sunday in the Metro Hub. Cheques can be made payable to Metro Community.

Note: Credit/Debit is also accepted via the POS machine if you are joining us for church on Sunday.

Please note: All donations are eligible for a tax receipt. Select the amount, frequency, and area you wish to donate to. We recommend you register with Church Center (if you have not previously done so), which will allow the site to track your giving and remember your information if you should choose to adjust your giving amounts later. Please be aware, donations will be used as intended and designated unless the project is oversubscribed, completed or can not be completed, in which case the funds will be redirected to a similar or like project.

there are so many ways you can get involved or directly support the work amongst those who are excluded and marginalised in our community.

We accept monetary donations via the offering box or using credit card on the Square terminal at church on Sundays, or by giving at the office. Please talk to one of our staff if you need any help and to make sure you fill our your information to receive a tax receipt if that is what you wish.

Perhaps you can give your time and volunteer.
